All of the legal documents for the society, including the certificate of corporation, are available online at the Societies site:

Click “Register Search”, type “New Zealand Live Action” into the quick search, and our listing should appear in the result. Double click our name, and you’ll see our listing. There is a “view certificate of incorporation” link at the top right. Also, down the bottom there are links to every document we’ve ever lodged including versions of the Constitution.
