Gear
47m of black fabric from One Night in Heaven, still has not come to back. - Mike to follow up.
Action point Cameron - liase with Gaffy to sort out Gear Officer handover.
Black robe box needs washing.
Mike suggests creation of a Larp Organisers guide
President/Regional Director used to fulfil this role in one-on-one capacity, easier if resource is online and accessible.
Examples of what needs to be in such a guide
Food is an area that has often needed guidance
Medical conditions, Vege, vegan, food allergies and environmental allergies, and religious food avoidance - need to be included as standard questions during registration
Emergency plan for organisers, ICE number for players - needed for weekend games and day games out of Auckland
Will attempt to have a draft version for January

Needs to be co-ordinated planning for weekend games, more long term vision.
Blog on NZLarps website, sort of an Immersion on line/e-zine, could also market games coming up

Auckland committee agree we want to avoid the risk of being reliant on members for technical resources move to suggest to National committee paying for professional development/hosting.
Mods for Diatribe are Ryan, Derek and Anna (ad hoc) - anyone else willing - Mike and Malu both express willingness.
Policy regarding content on Diatribe - raise with National committee.

Malu is brainstorming holding a Halloween/themed masquerade ball-fundraiser for NZLarps and maybe a charity next year. General discussion around this. Further planning and actual project stuff - Malu.
Discussion about Teonn. Will be awesome.
