Saturday 24th May 2008.

Venue opens at 5:30pm and will go until 10:30pmish.

Dinner will be a shared pot luck meal around 7pm. Please bring along a dish of food to share. There is a fridge and oven in the kitchen. Please bring along your own feasting gear. We have access to gear which can be borrowed. Please get in touch if you need some. The venue is discreetly wet. The venue is not candle friendly. (I believe it may have light dimmers)

We plan to have some dancing, and singing throughout the evening. If anyone would like to perform an item, please let me know.

Medieval clothing is highly encouraged. We have access to clothes for loaning people, please let me or Zara know if you wish to borrow some.

We would ask for a door donation to help cover the hall hire.

Please advertise this far and wide as this is an open event and we would like to invite as many people as we can to help celebrate May Day.

For further information please contact me either via email or home phone 6360234 or cell 027 6694937.
