I have the following medieval armour in stock and for sale:
Wax hardened leather shin and forearm armour suitable for costume armour and stage fighting. Ideal for NAAMA (National Association of Ancient and Medieval Arts) style combat or LARP (Live Action Role Playing). In combination with other armour they’re also good for SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) heavy combat as well.
The vambraces are made from 3mm thick leather, hardened in hot wax. They are closed with leather arming points (laces). They measure (approx) 270 mm long, 200mm circumference at the narrow (wrist) end and 300mm at the wider end.
The greaves are made from 3mm thick leather, hardened in hot wax. They are closed with leather arming points (laces). They measure (approx) 310mm long, 180mm circumference at the narrow (ankle) end and 230mm at the wider end. They enclose the front half of the lower leg,
These are very solid for 3mm leather and when worn over an appropriate padded undergarment provide good protection against a firm blow.
Vambraces are $30 / pair
Greeves $40 / pair
I can fit these with straps and buckles for $5 per strap and buckle.
