Matters Arising
- Conscription. Anna to do more research
- Medieval Shop. Banner removed.
- Airsoft larp script writer. Scriptwriter wasn’t found, but the game was very successful.
Financial Update
Bank account: Balance of $3559 including payments for the September Wolfgang, and there are expenses to come out from the most recent Wolfgang.
Recent Larps
Multiverse daygame: all good, $115 net income.
Proof of Life (Airsoft): all good
St Wolfgang: very successful. Net income was $863. Budgeted for 30 participants, and over 50 participated. Lots of costumes and gear were generated for the game.
Upcoming Larps
Airsoft are holding another larp.
Multiverse Weekend Game is underway.
2014 may hold another game in the near future, Brian to supply committee with financial documents for approval.
Gear
Hamilton now have a gear library.
We need to find somewhere to store the gear because Mike wants his shed back. One option is to find someone who would allow us to build a shed on their property, although this will incur building consent costs. We’ll take this discussion online to the wider community.
Other Businesses
- Toner for printer $230(ish). Purchase approved by committee.
- We need to identify potential locations for the AGM
- Chimera
- Larp-related workshops will be held on the Sunday
- Steve presented the possibility of providing a catering service with nzLARPS getting a 20% cut. Anna accepted.
