This may be a bit premature but I was wondering if anyone would like a place to live in Penrose, litterally around the courner from the Barracks.

Its a very central location, with a bus stop right outside the driveway and another main bus stop just a 2min walk away on Great South Road.

You see today my offer on a unit got accepted and its just pending a building inspection and finance and then I will be moving into my new unit (hopefully) but I will need a boarder to support my income.

Rent will be $150 per week which includes power and water.

Now unfortunately the only thing is that the room is only available until January for now, but things may change closer to January, because I have a boarder who wants to move in then.

Its a great first step though, if you want to move out of home, and then you have 5 and a bit months to find your own place. Besides you’ll get to live with me :stuck_out_tongue: (hope that doesnt put anyone off)

Well its official, I am now a home owner. One more signiture tomorrow night to go and then I take possesion of my unit on the 1/07.

So anyone who knows someone that needs a place to stay for 6 months, let me know.
