We have a small room going in our flat (current flat mates Muppet and Nikki and Nathan) for $90 a week which includes water but not power.
Power and internet costs are approximately $60 a month. No bond but 2 weeks rent needed in advance.
Great central location, fully furnished flat, including a bed. 15 min walk to Ellerslie shops. 2 min drive to the motorway on ramp. 1 off street car park available.
Can move in next weekend.
