Muppet and I are moving back to my place in Ellerslie. We are looking for a flat mate to join us until the end of the year.
Rent is $150 per week but this includes power and water. No bond, no letting fee and great company.
There is one off street parking space available.
The address is 7/21 Aliford Avenue, One Tree Hill (or Ellerslie) and there is a bus stop right outside the driveway, its 5 min drive to the motorway on ramp and about a 10 min walk to the Ellerslie shops and the train station.
