Fraser is leaving us for his overseas adventures in the first week of November, so we are looking for anyone who may be interested in a temporary room (until May 2013). Already in the flat is myself and Muppet and Nathan Whiteside. The location is excellent, 10 min walk to the Ellerslie Train station and the Ellerslie Shops. 2 min drive to the nearest motorway on ramp and central enough that travelling to the city and south is easy peasy.

Available: First week of November till May 2013
Rent: $110 per week, power/internet not included but these are really reasonable.
Bond: Nothing
The room is not furnished, so you will need your own bed. There is a cupboard in there. All other whiteware and appliances already in the flat.
