Ooooh… I used to have a few things like this but they got lost in the move from Europe. I can confirm that they’re really easy to make.
Then you just need fake blood, a few chainmail rings (to pull out of the wound if appropriate) - and a few bits of uncooked pasta for that ‘pop’ sound that signals a bone being set…

You can use plastic shot-glasses for the noise, but they need a bit of force to crush. Pasta might be better.
And the bits are biodegradable.
