This is not a graveyard.
Links to these forums should remain functional, and you’ll still be able to search, post or do any of the other stuff you may usually do. The difference is that these forums no longer appear on the front page as “hosted boards” - which is quite important psychologically.
If these forums become active again, they will be moved back to ‘hosted boards’.
