There is a General Meeting for NZLARPS on the 1st of Feb.(a Wednesday) This meeting is very important as we need to approve the constitution to become an official society.

This is a good time to not only get involved in the discussion about the constitution but to meet the committee members, ask questions and talk about the upcoming Mordavia game.
This General meeting will also include the committee normal meeting.
So all members are welcome, the more the better.
If you are a non-member and thinking about it then please come along as well.

Location:
Kiwi Music Cafe
Queen Street

Above Brooklyn Bar, across the road from the old IMAX centre

(edit: location - Craig)

We are hoping to approve the constitution at this meeting, so that we can continue the process to become an Incorporated Organisation.

If you have any comments or problems with the proposed document, please let us know immediately in the appropriate thread, so that we can make any changes before the meeting.

What time is the meeting?

Turn up any time from 6, constitution stuff at 7.

Have we booked the venue out, or wiill it be open to traffic?

We’ll have the whole place.

Great, thanks.

Not that it’s very large! It’ll likely be pretty snug but there’s good space for being social and/or plotting.

It would be good to have a few hats there tonight.

Specifically hats with brims all around, not caps or beanies.

Cheers,

Ryan

Ryan, will these hats be safe? I have plenty of interesting hats but some are not brimmed. Should I bring, for example, my beret?

Should quite safe as long as they’re not made of ricepaper. Just need a rim that can be grabbed easily. Only really need two, but if there are more then more people can play. Three or four would be ideal.

And what is going to happen to these hats?

I like my hat. It is new. I painted it. I do not particularly wish it desecrated.

It’s a mystery. Sturdy hats only need apply.

OK so what were you going to do with these hats?

How do you know that I didn’t do it with them while you weren’t looking?
