Here is what Eldritch have suggested for our upcoming order:
1 - We pick a day when everyone has to order by and confirm the delivery address
2 - Everyone places their order and puts NZLARP in the comments box on the checkout
3 - Everyone selects the “Rest of World” shipping option so that they know the “worst case scenario” amount they could be charged (the discount will be applied on each invoice)
4 - I get the actual cost of shipping the whole order and charge everyone according to their percentage of the total shipping cost
5 - I email everyone an individual copy of their invoice the day after the last order day
6 - I hold all the orders and charge all the cards on the day after the last day (our site doesn’t automatically charge credit cards, it’s all done manually by me).
If people want custom items I’m going to need emails with images and sizes from everyone individually at least a week before you order. Don’t order in stock items without double checking with me first that their definitely in stock. We’re trading at 5 events between now and the end of November so the in stock page is still pretty fluid.
