I found that a lot of people made a big deal of turning 30, like it was some kind of milestone and that as soon as I turn 30 i would begin to age expedentially.

How can people not make a big deal of sitting on a rock that is orbiting a big flaming ball while it completes as many revolutions as they have fingers and toes … and fingers again.
