As the convention approaches, I need to get a better idea of numbers for catering.

Anna will be able to give me an idea of how many on-site beds are booked, which will be a good indication of how many breakfasts will be required.

So far, 11 people have said the will buy food at the weekend. I’ve not received any notifications of vegetarians but three have expressed an interest if there are veg options.

So, I’m planning on catering for 20 people at the moment, including up to 5 vegetarians. If you want veggie food, then let me know and I can make sure there’s enough, else it might run out…

Sorry, are you asking if we want to buy food from you? Or if we’re planning to buy our own food and bring it along?

I’ll be staying onsite to avoid driving home really really late, but going home between the end of Knightshade and the beginning of Flight of the Hindenburg.

Currently catering for:

25 breakfasts

40 lunch/dinner including 5 veggie

Few snacks.

These figures obtained by using the ratio of poll responses above split over the number of tickets sold and number of beds booked.

I’ll buy/eat food. I can give you a hand in the kitchen at some point if you want.

Out of interest what facilities are avalible if we bring our own food? Toaster? Kettle? Oven? Donut making machine?

I believe there is a toaster, a water boiler, stovetop and oven (probably in use by Steve)

I’ve voted “Yes (vegetarian)” but really I have noo idea.

Also, not everyone coming to Chimera uses Diatribe.

If someone wants to volunteer to help out with serving at mealtimes it would be appreaciated - my previously-arranged help just piked in order to attend a party instead…
