Room 1 (Alex’s old room) single size, built in wardrobe. Fits double bed, drawers and desk comfortably. $163 plus own food/tollcalls (includes rent, power, phone, internet, water and flat kitty)
Room 2 (Karen’s current room) large double room, 2 built in double sized wardrobes, heaps of room. $185 per week plus own food/tollcalls (includes rent, power, phone, internet, water and flat kitty)
We have 1 spare double bed and drawers if you have no furniture.
Bond is 2 weeks rent.
We are looking for people to move in after Easter - so it’s almost now.
Both prices are for 1 single person moving into the rooms. If a couple want to move into the large double room, the prices will change (for the best).
Bus stop is right outside the house, and we have plenty of parking space as well.
Current residents are Karen aka Menolly and Lucy aka Adara, so the house is friendly to gamers/larpers/reenactors/kaosians/all that sort of cool geeks.
