Hi all, my lovely flat in Sandringham really needs another flatmate.
Current occupants 2 recent music graduates (one teaches piano during the day in the study), Jeff (my boyfriend), and me.
We have 2 cats already, there isn’t room for another unless it pretty much just lives outside. Flat is quite close to Sandringham Rd, but quite quiet. 10 min walk to Kingsland (with great public transport options), also close to St Lukes. Double bed optional. Utilities less than $30 pw (phone, wifi, power, water, lawns). Mandarin and feijoa trees in backyard.
Room should be $150 pw, but we’re getting desperate enough we’ll take someone who can pay $130.
