Hello, we are looking for a new flatmate for the Barracks.
Rent is $115 per week (Juliet, correct me if I’m wrong…), the room available is Juliet’s old room (she is now in Nikki’s old room). The rent includes power and water and phone.
We also have a broadband internet scheme.
Current incumbents of the flat are me, Porl, Juliet, Louise and Ben.
We don’t mind what gender you are. Happy for either one person or a couple to move in (authough in the case of a couple the rent might go up slightly to cover increased use of power etc).
