We’re looking for a flatmate for our big old villa in Rockfield Road, Penrose.
The room will be available from the 2nd of June, and is Kim’s old room. The room is fairly large, rent is $125 per week including power and water. We also have broadband internet, the flatmates who want that pay $20 a month towards it.
It’s close to bus stops and is about 15 mins walk from the train station so is very convenient for transport.
Our landlady is looking at developing the property at the end of this year so we are anticipating that we wiill be here until sometime in December.
Unfortunately we don’t have a spaceship.
how do you expect to rent a house with no spaceship?
