Im looking for another flat mate to move in with me. The room is quite small but it is only $90 a week including power and water.
It is also very centrally located in Ellerslie/Penrose with a 5 min drive to a motorway on ramp and a bus stop that goes into the city, literally at the bottom of the driveway.
Also the train station is withing walking distance.
The room officially becomes available on the 1st of June, however it may be available earlier if my brothers get their act together and find somewhere to go to before then.
