ps, Its looks good to see the committe having an effect already before we even have our first meeting with Lucy’s Improv night and Mike taking the Roman Legion gear.

Cool, nice to get back and see this rolling. Would be great to start seeing things like the improv evening advertised as part of LARPS to people outside Mordavia.

Are these meetings going to be open to general members or just the committee?

I definitely cannot do 21-26 sept because Meiling will be in the hospital over this time, and I need to take care of Cathy.

I propose that, at this meeting, we define individual responsibilities and make a list of goals for us to achieve before the next meeting.

Open to anyone who is keen, LARP member or not, they just can’t vote but are more than welcome to provide opinion, comment and feedback during the meeting.

Meeting has been finalised and is on Monday the 26 at 7pm.
Steve who was the only person who said they could not make has said that he can now most likley make it.
All the other votes where for the 26th.

Agenda items:
=> Review minutes from first meeting, LARPs overall goals and structure.
=> Define Roles and responsibilities.
=> Creation of a consitation
=> Membership details, what it covers, types and costs, what can be done to entice new members to start with.
=> Logo for LARPs, competition.
=> Gear, current location and where Mike is wanting to store it + inventory
=> Web site, Diatribe, webmaster etc.

Any other items post below.
Note we are not likely to cover everything in the first meeting and thats fine we don’t want to be going to midnight.

I’ve covered most of what I was going to say with Adam on the phone. I probably will not be able to make it Monday due to Meiling not having had a good time in the operation last week (Get Well cards appreciated, she’s not well, folks).

If I can come it will be for a shorter time, all depends.

Sorry, but family comes first…
