Face and Body workshop - Saturday 18th February

Hi everyone,

Kara is running another special face and body painting workshop at the BattleCry Convention this year. It’s on Saturday 18th Feb from 2pm to 5pm. It will cover a range of topics including texturing, basecoats, wounds and scars. Cost is $25 which covers all gear and materials used in the afternoon. There maybe some paint sets and equipment on sale at the end of the workshop.

I would love to attend but am working all weekend. :frowning:

Nora and Lucy and Alice and I will have much fun and make an almighty mess and go home multicoloured and happy… or possibly we’ll wash if our experiments don’t match up with what’s happening on Saturday night.

There is definitely room for more people, so if you’ve been thinking “You know, I’d really love to play a (insert nonhuman creature of choice here) but I don’t know where to start with the makeup”, this would be that place.

I’d love my job to be traveling round the country teaching workshops. That would be made of awesome.
