Early bird discount and catering prepay ends August 1st!

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that the deadline for your early bird convention payment and prepaying for catering is August 1st!

Chimera costs as follows:

Full Convention - $55 ($5 discount if you pay before Aug 1st, and another $5 discount if you are a member of nzLARPS.)
Friday and Saturday - $35 (no discounts apply)
Saturday Only - $30 (no discounts apply)
Sunday Only - $25 (no discounts apply)
One game only - $15 (no discounts apply)

Were you still planning on extending the catering deadline by a week? (still posting a menu?) I has the $30 and can transfer the funds, was just holding off and waiting for that after it was mentioned. My bad and oops if I’ve missed out now lol.

oh umm i got my dad to pay for Full Convention - $55 did that include Catering or does he have to pay more

No, it doesn’t, $55 is for the 6 rounds of Games.
$30 for the prepaid food.

Also, I received the menu from Elle today. It looks like we’re going to eat like kings on Chimera weekend. I’m just confirming one thing with her before I post it.

Extended Deadline
The deadline for prepaying for catering is being pushed out to Monday 15th August. You must inform us at chimera@nzlarps.og before midnight Friday, but you have until Monday to pay. This is because we are doing the Chimera shopping on Saturday, and we need to know how many disposable plates to buy.

The menu will be available on Diatribe, our website and Facebook.

Please Remember to Pay!

There are still over thirty people who have not yet paid for Chimera. We really need people to get payments in to confirm your attendance :slight_smile:

(Also, Chimera is an expensive event to put on :open_mouth: )
