Does anybody know a good source of cotton / lycra leggings?

Ideally black or red.

I’m hoping a $2 shop somewhere will have some for very cheep.

Not wanting to pay $18-$25 at Farmers etc

Spotlight + sewing kit maybe?

Wee wifey would know.

Sewing them did occur to me, but if I can get them for a few dollars a pair it’s probably about the same cost as the fabric.

And I’m lazy…

That’s why you make someone else do it

I get your point though… especially if you’re expecting them to get dirty/torn/worn/ripped from your body regularly.

:open_mouth: What kind of games are you people running down there?!!

You’ve read my NMC recounts, haven’t you?

I’ve never seen any in the $2 shops Derek, but there’s a place called Mofe in Glenfield mall that usually has leggings for $10. Sometimes $5. Also last week, Valley Girl was having an “everything in shop $7” sale and they usually have black leggings. It’s where I got my KS ones. They’re usually the kneelength or 3/4 length ones tho, not full length ones.

And of course they may dissolve in the wash :stuck_out_tongue:

Ah, true. There does seem to be a good deal of nakedness going on…

NMC comments? Nudity?
I obviously got involved WAY too late…

NMC always has nudity… doesn’t seem to matter what the game there is always someone running around starkers or next too :stuck_out_tongue:

We got Kaen’s lycra leggings from TWH at the beginning of the year - Have a look in the sportswear and if not the…GIRLS WEAR :open_mouth:

I should step back and say “NMC” ???
I only just learnt what an “NPC” was the other week!
My poor old head…

NMC - Nightmare Circle (usually TNC - The Nightmare Circle)

NMC stands for “The Nightmare Circle” which is a horror larp with a cult following (pun intended), known for particularly for its intense horror and wild comic relief.

It’s my favourite larp ever

That sounds a bit more me too!
Is it still active etc? Does it have something coming up?

PS Sorry for heading off topic!

Go back up to the main forum and check The Nightmare Circle forum  yes, there is something coming up… something BAD, usually :smiling_imp:

Awesome  I’ll go take a look…

I doubt anyone needs to see me naked… but Im more interested in what sounds like dark humour anyway!

and getting back on topic, how many pairs are you after Derek? I’ll see if I can dig out some of the contact details for clothing suppliers from a past life…

Otherwise, as Splntr suggested… material, elastic and a sewing machine

Probably about 5-6 pairs. I’m not chasing this too hard at the moment because I can get them for $20

It’s just if anyone knows where I can get them for $10 or $5 that’d be better

'cause I’m frugal

try places like ezybuy - Doing some for $15, or the warehouse/kmart/farmers might have some at cheap prices…
Otherwise some of those import emporium places (mainly the ones who import from china) may have some cheap pairs…

We got some real cheap from a supplier who was selling stuff in Aotea Square one weekend…
