Costuming help?

Hi guys,

A bit of a stab in the dark: I’m trying to help a friend with some costuming for an upcoming event at Weta. He’s wanting to go as the captain from Firefly ( 2.bp.blogspot.com/-LX5Ujdn2ONs/T … ynolds.jpg) and the pieces look like ones that would already exist in most larpers’ wardrobes. I also know that the awesome Welligtonian community seem to have some of the best costumers on the face of the planet so I thought I’d put my feelers out there!

Can anybody help out? Or if anyone has ideas of the best op shops to scour, that would be welcome too!

I’m fairly certain at least a couple of people (Nick Cole? Ants?) have been at parties before in that costume, so should hopefully be able to help out…

That would be even cooler if someone already had the costume. The event’s this Friday (25th Oct) so any leads would be great!
