May I ask what you mean by j-fashion?
And by Lolita do you mean the famous novel by what’s-his-name, otherwise known as little girls dressed inappropriately?

Ok J-fashion is japanese fashion that came out of Harajuku - which is an area in Tokyo.
It is a combo of Fruits, which is crazy colours patterns and styles layered, J-pop and J-rock, which is influenced by japanese pop and rock stars.
As for loli…yes there is a tongue in cheek reference…because you dress up as a little victorian doll…or girl…so lots of frills bows and lace.
