Financial Update
The cheque book has arrived.
We spent $320 on gear rationalisation.
We threw out stuff at the gear rationalization day that was crap
Past LARPS
Star Wars in Dec was great. Star Wars in Jan not so great. Only had 4 players (plus crew). Running games over holiday season does tend to reduce available players.

Gear Day Debrief
Was hot and productive. Lots of people turned up. Adam is concerned over the scraps of rubbish that some LARPERS chose to salvage from the trash. We threw out scrap fabric and small leftover foam. A couple of tablecloths with wax and food stains. Some fabric that hadn’t dyed properly.
Adam argues for ages with everyone. We convince him eventually that the stuff we threw out was genuine rubbish.
Gaffy to get a gear book for recording all gear loaning.
Working Bees
Gaffy and Adam to go through gear and catalogue it all so we have an up to date inventory.
We have fabric to be turned into stuff.
The Cleaning box and kitchen box need an inventory list as things go missing/get used up.
We will need trestle tables, extension cords etc.
Trailer
We discuss sending a letter to try and get out of our fine. All in favour except Adam who abstains.
We need insurance for trailer. Adam and Gaffy to contact State Insurance.
Adam to chase up drunk driver who hit trailer.

Anna proposes we accept project, Adam 2nds. Accepted unanimously.
Blair will check gear for black fabric before buying any.
