Maybe guide lines need to be developed for “remote” organizing of games.
Put a limit on new settings to prevent over saturation of new Larps.
2 day games before first weekend game to make a connection with the player base?
Non-refundable period? Portion (30%)?
Higher buffers to prevent financial loss?
Advise day games before weekend event.
Policy to be thrashed out online in committee forum.
Anna to educate general populace about affiliation rules about intellectual property.

My recollection is that the Golem is going to cost up to $150 dollars.

Also, I thought we agreed that “remotely” running a game (i.e. setting one up whilst overseas) is no longer an option. i.e. there won’t be guidelines, you have to be in the community to start a nzLARPS project.

Actually, it was $2500

Edited.

I wrote them down as I heard them, and we all talk kinda fast, with lots of tangents, and jumping around in the agenda.

As for the remote running, we came to more than two agreements.
1 No.
2 Discourage
3 Only if local reps there to push it.

We then said that we would run a thread on remote games to thrash out the rule / recommendations.
