Sign-ups for the Christmas LARPs are now open.
If you haven’t heard about them, we’re running two games at the same time in the evening on Saturday 14th December at Brooklyn Community Centre, 6.30 for a 7pm start.
Cost will be $20 or $15 for NZLARPs members.
Your choices are:
Monsters vs. Monsters-
Take a group of children, concerned with the issues of their families, their friends and day-to-day living in modern New Zealand. Take a group of professionals, trying to do their job of collecting energy to meet the demands of their own civilised society. Pit them against each other, and we have Monsters versus Monsters. A light-hearted riff on the movie Monsters Inc (no previous knowledge is required). This is a mostly PG rated game with emphasis on character interactions and roleplaying.

The Night Before Christmas
It is December 24, 1948. The socialite Evington-Browne family and guests are preparing for the annual Christmas Eve cocktail party, held by tradition at the family’s hunting lodge in the White Mountains north of Boston. Snow has been falling for days - a blizzard has now set in - and the party finds itself cut off from the rest of the world. This is unfortunate, as the valet of one of the guests has been found dead in the kitchen! It looks like a heart attack - but is it murder?
