Chimera Needs Help!

The Chimera Organising Team needs assistance with a few things that are vital to the running of Chimera.

Assistance with Transport
Kim, who is kindly volunteering her time to cater for us on the weekend, needs assistance with transport. We need someone to take her to the supermarket on the Friday of Chimera, then transport her and the food to the venue. We are able to assist with petrol costs. - [color=#FF0000]SORTED, thanks Nikki![/color]

Transporting Hay
Chimera would really like to acquire 15-20 haybales for set dressing for A Town Called Refuge. Our biggest problem is not finding hay bales (what did we ever do before Trademe?) but transporting said hay bales from wherever our seller is located on the outskirts of Auckland to wherever we’re storing it until the convention. We have arrangements for moving the haybales on after the convention, so that’s not an issue. This is an urgent issue, can anyone help in any way? [color=#FF0000]- SORTED, thanks Jared![/color]

Trailer Towing
We will need someone to collect the fully loaded trailer from Hamish’s house (Dominion Road extension) and bring it to Chimera on Friday night, and then return the trailer to Hamish’s house on Sunday evening. We are able to assist with petrol costs. -[color=#FF0000] SORTED, thanks Kham![/color]

Storing Hay
Can we store 15-20 bales of hay on your property for a week after Refuge?

If its in or around Hamilton I can collect and store. I think 15-20 or so on my small trailer would be ok. And then I can bring them up with me. Gas money would be cool since the trailer REALLY kills economy!

That could definitely work. Can you do a Trademe search for ‘hay bales’ set on your region and see what you can find? I can only do searches set in Auckland. We’ll definitely chuck money your way for gas if you can help us out with this.

Just to mention that the distance from my place to others is minimal, it would be 5-6 kms at most.
