How to Vote
After each game you will vote a game score, which will be done physical slips of paper, and collected by the game masters to be returned to the Chimera team for tabulation.
Throughout the convention, we will be taking votes for:
• The People’s Choice for Standout Roleplaying
• The People’s Choice for Standout Costuming
• The People’s Choice for Greatest Chimera Spirit
There are no number limitations on nominations, and nominations will be open throughout the convention so people can vote for as many or as few people as they wish for each category. People are encouraged to vote as it shows their appreciation for others’ efforts, but they are not forced to. Voting will be done via Google Form (accessible by smartphone) or paper slips in the dining hall. The address for the voting form is:

Please bookmark it ahead of time. The form will not be accepting responses until after Round 1 on Friday.
This year, to assist with voting, there will be lists matching character name to player name posted in both Mowgli and Puketane after each round. People will need to submit a person’s real full name for it to be a valid vote.
For the flagship game, The Rose and the Dragon, players will vote after each game via smartphones through a Google Form, which will allow us to tabulate results in a matter of minutes. The voting will be on the following three categories. People will need to bring their smartphones with them to the game.
• Favourite Male Costume
• Favourite Female Costume
• Memorable Roleplayer
The Wall of Awesome
Chimera encourages the open support of each other’s awesomeness across the board - great roleplaying moments of all kinds, cool costumes whether it’s something flashy or a really well thought out ensemble of small touches and the many helping hands that make our experiences great. In additions to the more ‘formal’ recognitions above, at Chimera this year we’d like to encourage you all to contribute often to our Wall of Awesome. We’ll have pens and post-its available and we want you to write down and stick up all the really cool things that you see others do, all those moments that make your game. Think of it as a ‘live’ version of our favourite moments thread, being built as the convention unfolds. The wall isn’t about the ‘best’ or any sort of competition, it’s about a celebration of the abundance of awesome we have.
