This is a compilation of ‘American Freeform’ games. Freeform is a bit of a fuzzy term - I think in this sense, they’re talking about arty games that are sometimes larp-like and sometimes tabletop-like. Basically, the deal is you pay what you want for the collection above a certain minimum (currently $4.95USD). If you pay over the average, then you get some bonus games. When the bundle closes in 5 days time, a cut of the proceeds goes to a charity of the authors’ choosing, and they split the rest between them.
