I’ve spent some time composing maps of Brookfields scout camp, in order to make GMing a game there easier for myself and my fellow GMs. I figured I’d share the maps with you all so that you can get some use out of them as well. If anyone would like me to add more detail (e.g. land contour, marshes, fences, stumps, etc.) let me know.

Neat. From the map , it looks like outdoor games might work quite well in the southern portion of the camp.
We should organise a trip for people who want to scout it out for games.

Mel and I are planning on heading out there for a scouting trip ourselves in the next coming weeks. It would certainly save all of us and the camp wardens time if we went together.

I have already been to the camp when I picked it for Hydra and had a good look around. I will probably go out again next year closer to the time so I don’t need to be part of any scouting trips but good luck.

Someone should run a scouts larp at the scout camp. Maybe little fears. 8)

Just a post to say that I’ve updated the (large) map after paying the camp a visit.
Did you find the “OMG awesome” firepit? The one surrounded with a stonewall? I only found it recently, and I’ve known the place for years. If only Hydra wasn’t in April it would be friggin’ perfect for so many larps. 
Yes we did! It is indeed OMG awesome! We already have a number of plans to use it for many awesome things. It’s the fire pit that is the furthest south on the map.
Ahh, the second map wasn’t showing for me earlier.

I’ve gone to a few folk festivals there. Always went exploring down the back of the camp though, so never found it. Never even found the main bonfire until recently.
