BattleCry 2013... anyone want to help write/run a larp?

Hi,

Just jumping in way ahead of time to say BattleCry is 15, 16 and 17 Feb 2013 and we would really like to have some larps for 2013. We have a theme of asian/middle east which could be used all sorts of ways… I would really like to find a keen team of people who would take on the role of organising a larp for some time during the weekend of that theme. If anyone is interested in being involved please let me know.

BattleCry SGM Meeting

Agenda:

  • Acceptance of new members to the Society
  • Election of President, Vice-President, Secretary and 6 General Officers to the committee (redo of elections from the AGM that was held at BattleCry)
  • Setting date for future committee meeting

Meeting to be chaired by Patrick Cummuskey.
