Last minutes Not yet posted, AJ moved house, and has yet to find them.

Matters Arising Online polls.

Financial Update est $1500 will be left after Chimera.

Past Larps
Multiverse
Went well. Suggestion raised that a thank you note be sent to the Scouts for the venue upgrade. (AKl)
After larp this weekend.

St Wolfgang
Day game went well. Made $250.

Chimera
45 signed up so far.
FotH 8 from full.
Looks to be breaking even, yay.

AGM
7:30 pm Sept 18th
Need to review committee structure. ie 9 down to 7? Online polls.
Agenda to be sorted. AKl
Nominations need to be called on. AKl
Time limit needs to be set on speeches to allow for budgeting of time.

Shed
Well done to all who participated.
Improvements will be decided upon by the next committee.
Mike volunteered his shed as a drying room, with provisos.
Internet research to be done on cheapest / best way to protect Nikki’s floors during gear taking and returning. All

I think there was also an action item for the President to send a letter to Motu Moana to thank them for allowing Multiverse to use Puketane (“the keep”) for the same minimum cost as using Mowgli (“the inn”).
