The committee is concerned with the amount of time our treasurer spends chasing up late payments. We have decided to penalise late payments to encourage everyone to pay on time.
- It is up to organisers to decide whether they will accept payments on the day of the event, this should be made clear in communications.
- If late payment is made by within 7 days of the end of the event, a penalty of $5 will apply for day games and $10 for weekend games.
- If late payment is not made within 7 days of the end of the event, the penalty will double (i.e. $10 for day games and $20 for weekend games) and the participant will be barred from attending all future Auckland NZLARP events until the debt is settled.
- You can make payments via internet banking or by physically visiting our bank (BNZ) and making a deposit.
- The fee will be appropriated to the general Auckland Regional funds, not to the specific project that organised the event. i.e. game organisers will not need to include late payment fees in their financial actuals.
We request that all projects include these terms in their communications.
