Excuse my ignorance, but what’s the background around needing to submit a report to the Ministry for Economic Development?

Incorporated societies are required to file their annual financial statements with the registrar?

Yeah, we received a letter stating that we needed to file a report by Feb 28th, otherwise they will begin proceedings to dissolve NZLARPS. It’s not onerous, just an online process which should only take a couple of minutes.

Come to think of it, this is actually a national issue…I’ll get a scan to Anna and the national committee can deal with it.
