We have a date, time and a venue confirmed for the Auckland Regional AGM.
Date: Monday 16th September
Time: 7:30pm
Venue: Leicester Hall, Ellerslie (this is the same place as last year’s AGM).

Have we arranged internet access so that we can then skype into the National AGM which I think was being held on the same time in Wellington after their regional AGM?
Also what happens if the Auckland meeting is continuing while the National AGM has started? Surely members should not have to choose between the meetings?

In the event that the Auckland AGM did go on longer than the Wellington one, I guess we would have to have a break in the middle of the meeting for the National AGM.
I think we have used Skype at Leicester Hall before, but given it’s a community hall, I’m not sure how reliable internet will be.
Given that it looks like the AGM date will be delayed to allow for constitutional changes, I guess we have plenty of time to iron these kinks out.
The National AGM and Auckland RGM are to be on different days this year, and later than the original advertised dates. The new dates and venues will be published in due course. Watch this space.
