Auckland Regional AGM

The National AGM will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, at 7pm. The Auckland AGM will be held at 7:30pm.
The AGMs will be held at Hannah’s house, at 18 Faulder Ave, Westmere

We will need a large number of our membership at the Auckland AGM for quorum, so all local members are very much encouraged to come along.

If you live outside Auckland, or have another good reason for non-attendance, you may vote by email.
At the start of the meeting a returning officer will be voted on, they will have the responsibility to tally up the votes. The email address you should use if you wish to vote is auckland2015agmvote@gmail.com. Email voting is not anonymous but only the vote counter will be able to see the emails, and they will subsequently be deleted.

Please also note, you can vote for TWO general officer candidates. This is because we have two general officer spots on the committee.

The results from the Auckland AGM are:

Regional Director: Prema Cottingham
Secretary: Clare Stones
Treasurer: Walter Hamer
Gear Officer: Mike Curtis
General Officers: Daena Schofield and Dave Luxton.

The committee will be holding it’s first meeting on the first Monday of November, at 7:30pm, at Prema’s house.
During that meeting we will be appointing a marketing officer.
Roelof van der Merwe will be standing for the position, but if anyone else is interested, they should come along to the meeting.
