  • Review of Action Points from previous meetings
    -Nikki to purchase bubble wrap for weapon storage.
    -Anna to post the Auckland end of year summary on Diatribe.
    -James to follow up regarding who should have signatory access to account, and to confirm when the cashflow card and netcode card arrive.
    -James to confirm whether the Witch House attendees have paid
    -James to collect Sabbat receipts
    -James pay Crucible venue deposit
    -Nikki has arranged insurance for the trailer.

Hi can please apply for affiliate (?) status for 1001 Nights? I’m planning to run 3-4 more games this summer.

I don’t need nzlarps money, I just want to use some gear and I’m happy to throw some money at nzlarps if any is left over.

Also – on an almost unrelated topic – “Boris” would benefit from a few more dollars spent on him to make him last longer. His leg needs to be fixed and some overalls would stop him soaking up as much sweat. All up I’d guess under $100.00

Reminder this meeting is tonight.

Derek, I will add 1001 Affiliation to the agenda.

This will in turn raise the question if any fees for lending gear could/should be introduced to cover wear and tear and/or storage.

How much would it cost to retrofit detachable arms (like the old Stone Golem had) ? Being able to detach the arms would greatly improve storability and transportability.

I looked at doing that when we built him, but I didn’t think I could get him looking as pretty.

He seems to be okay to be transported with his arms squashed down on his torso. I’ve driven him around in the back of my car and it’s okay.

But you’re right that he’s awkward to store with his arms like that.
