The NZLARPS Auckland Regional Committee AGM will be held at 6pm on the 23rd of September 2026.
As in previous years we will be holding the AGM digitally. A link will be emailed to all members prior to the meeting!
Here’s what to expect…
Business:
This years AGM business includes:
- Electing a committee for the upcoming year and we are therefore calling for nominations for the committee.

Nominations:
The deadline for nominations is September 10th.
You must nominated and seconded by two separate members (self-nominations are allowed).
- Accept the nomination. (Otherwise please formally decline - please do not leave unanswered.)
- Fill out this form to certify you are qualified to hold office:
- Be a registered NZLARPs member by the time the AGM arrives in order to accept.

There are five positions available.
Committee roles:
- Regional Director (Chairing meetings, overseeing affairs)
- Treasurer (Finance, banking, so much paperwork, Excel spreadsheets)
- Secretary (Meeting minutes, email comms, backend admin)
- Marketing (Coordinating promotional events/materials, managing collabs, social media.)
- Gear Officer (Coordinating gear storage/transport)
- General Officers x2
