Nominations can be submitted by the following methods:

  1. as a comment here,
  2. via thread replies to my twin post in the LARP Hall Discord forum,
  3. via comment on my OTHER twin post in Diatribe,
  4. Or by emailing me directly**:** nzlarps.auckland.secretary@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE: The AGM is being held on the 23rd of September 2026 at 6PM, so deadlines for applications close Tuesday the 10th of September.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Be nominated and seconded by two separate members (self-nominations are allowed).
  • Accept the nomination. (Otherwise please formally decline - please do not leave unanswered.)
  • Fill out this form to certify you are qualified to hold office:
  • Be a registered NZLARPs member by the time the AGM arrives in order to accept.
