Hey all,
NZLARPS is looking for someone to lead the Armageddon Auckland stand organisation this year. The event is on October 24-27, and each year NZLARPS has a stand there where we dress up in character and get people excited about trying out larping.
You would need to:
- Liase with Armageddon
- Recruit and organise a team of volunteers to help
- Organise materials for the display
- Potentially find people to run 1 or 2 games that excited new players could attend. It’s good to have games people can sign up for and play soon
- Attend on the day(s) and make sure things run smoothly
Armageddon gives us a good deal on the stand because we’re a non-profit, but we don’t get any free vendor tickets. You will have the support of the Auckland and National NZLARPS committees. We have lots of materials available already and will help with organising more.
