Matters Arising
2014 - Paperwork not properly submitted.
Medieval Shop closing - need to have its banner removed from rotation.
Financial Update
$500 refund for accidental transfer.
Just under $3000 - with Wolfgang expenses to come.
Past Larps
Nibbles - Worked, couldn’t believe it, OMG, etc.
This game was a trial of some new tech which functioned well, and most had a good time.
Up Coming Larps
St W. Sold Out! Pushing the awareness of hazards. 6 players coming from Hamilton. Will spend $500 on props.
Multiverse Day game on the 19th. There has been lots of interest shown. Progressing well.
3rd May Airsoft needs a script writer - CN. This looks good, and could be huge, and really immersive roleplay.
Hamilton Larp
Accepted online.
Motion To send down to Hamilton some existing nzLARPs gear to start a gear pool for existing and proposed games, affiliates, and projects.
This gear will need to be adequately stored, maintained, and built upon by Hamilton larpers.
There is a need to appoint a Hamilton Regional Gear Officer to liaise with the
Committee Gear Officer.

Went out. Looks good.
Sent some to Wellington, Hamilton, Schools.
The ISSN number was left off this issue, but should be there for future Immersions.
50 copies of the next run to be earmarked for the School Mail out.
