Like fun? Like Friends? Like gaming and larping? Then this is the flat for you. This room is a Large double room on the ground floor of this large house. You will be sharing with two guys and two girls, whom are either studying or working. It is a two minute walk to ellerslie shops and the train station. The flat is fully furnished and there is a possibility of furnishing the bedroom as well if it is required. We don’t have a flat phone, but we do have unlimited broadband. The rent is $155 a week plus bills (except food which you must provide for yourself). There is offstreet parking and a garage and it is a very secure area. We love having fun and often hang out or have friends around and there is a communal sun room lounge and dinning room where we often hang out together.
