  • Setting up a social fund in nzLARPS
  • Newsletter

  • Monthly nzLARPS social gathering

Some more strategy points:

  • Growth: how much do we want, and how can we get it? Setting targets for number of larps, number of participants, and number of members over the next year.
  • Historical venue: do we want one, how to go about it
  • Web tools: what sort do we want
