Do I need to make a report for upcoming Larp, what with BattleCry a couple days after the meeting?
Also, I sent in my membership details and paid electronically last year, but I haven’t received anything to say my stuff came through… or received a membership card or anything. Who do I check with that I’m now a member?

Standard practice to make it easier for GM’s is to send a report through to AJ the Gaming Officer, contactable through project@nzlarps.org. He will then brief the committee in the upcoming larps section of the meeting.
You are welcome to come yourself to the meeting if you wish.

This is not good, I will look into this. What is your surname, is it DRANSFIELD?, in which I can confirm the money has been recieved. Can you confirm that your membership details where sent to secretary@nzlarps.org?

I’ll sent through a report. Wednesdays currently have 3 other commitments on them.

Yeah, that’s me. I record my email being sent on 8/12/2006 9.48pm. I will resend it again right now.
Sorry, you’ll need to send AJ’s email again too, there was a problem with the forwarder (sigh!)

In terms of my action item, it turns out our printer can’t print full bleed - the edges of the image get replaced with an ugly white border (or whatever colour the paper is).
Gear Report: Karen (MissMenolly) has picked up the Props & Jewellery box (including the coins) for use in the BattelCry Pirates larp.
Should we postpone the meeting? That’s a lot of people that aren’t gonna be there.
