I’d like to present my project proposal for the Stuck On An Island LARP at this meeting. Could I have that added to the official list of stuff to do?

Note we normally end up starting at 7-30, but we have a lot to cover and Julianne and I are leaving for Wellington 7am the next day so don’t want a late night with packing and all so starting at 7 regardless, you can always arrive a bit earlier if you wish,
So please try and get there at 7.

Got something i wanna do in the area that afternoon.
Since I don’t even get home until about 6:30, plus I have to eat dinner, hug my daughter, and then drive 30mins to the meeting, its unlikely I can make it before 7:30
