If have the chance to get some exact figures on costs and time / effort req on laser guns. If not we can do it at the next meeting.
Re laser guns, were people still interested in borrowing/buying the Nerf (foam dart) guns I have a crate of? Did anyone want to check them out?
Hopefully I can come to the meeting with proper final accounts for both Mordavia 8 and Og, and a final total for NZLARPS at point of incorporation.

Suggestion for another agenda item: publicity. The recent Sunday magazine article is probably NZLARPS first mention in the news. Someone should bring a copy along. What do the committee think of it? Is it the right sort of publicity for NZLARPS and larp in general? What could be improved? Was NZLARPS ready for the publicity? For example, the article mentioned the website but that site still has an “Under Construction” message on it, which will turn readers off.
