I’ve received this question a few times, so I thought I would post to clear things up.
If you have accommodation on site for Chimera weekend, then in your Game Confirmation email (sent out on either the 14th or 15th of June), it will have had a sectioned that ran as thus:
[quote]Accomodation at Chimera: Confirmed
We are able to confirm that you have accommodation on site for Chimera weekend. Please bring a sleeping bag, a pillow and warm blankets as no bedding is provided on site.[/quote]
Please check your game confirmation email before asking me about your accommodation. Early next week, a second round of confirmations will go out to people sleeping on site as well.
